Guess what I'm doing while waiting for a conference call? Making personalized bug spray and sunscreen labels for our Welcome Bags, of course!
DORK.
Our actual product is on its way, and our little empty bottles are in wait at home. I sense a filling party in our future!

These are really cute! I can't wait to make labels for our coffee cups that we are using at the reception!
Guess who loves a Filling Party??? Need a hint? Her name rhymes with GREAT and she looooves bubbly beverages!
So cute!!!! I just did this for our golf tournament yesterday. I'm sure a filling party with fun friends would be much more enjoyable than with stinky coworkers!
What a great idea! You are full of these things girl!
I just wanted to let you know that I have so enjoyed reading your blog over the last few months. Your candor and writing style are so fun and I love everything you're doing for your wedding. I was married on the Outer Banks almost 4 years ago before blogs took over the world...but if they'd been around I would have chronicled every obsessive detail of our wedding on a blog so I love reading your's. Instead I had to rely on my Knot page (this is me...though sadly so many of my photos have gotten distorted http://www.theknot.com/co_profileview.htm?profilename=mrsobx5.21.05)
Anyway, I just had to say good luck as you come into your last few weeks and enjoy all the madness! Oh...and I'm dying to know...where did you end up getting your dress? I followed along with the horrendous Dallas "your just too broad" story and want to know where you ended up!
Keep up the awesome blog.
ok these are awesome...i'll help fill too!!
i was showing off your creativity to the boy last night--he was impressed. then he asked if we could have a hockey themed wedding. dudes...
funny and thoughtful i like it.
i have a question though. are you keeping your actual politics out of it? i noticed you are wearing red shoes and you are getting married in a state that used to be red and is getting bluer...
oh yeah and nanette lepore is genius for us curvy gals isn't she? wish i liked her stuff more.
We'll see about that filling party :-)
dholl - Wish I could see more of your photos! Everything looks amazing... as it tends to in the Outer Banks :-)
mimi - I can assure you my red shoes have nothing to do with anything except for the fact that I love red shoes. I'm thrilled that my home state is getting bluer all the time! Our loved ones know our politics all too well - there will be no doubting we're two lefties getting hitched.
These are NOT dorky. Adorable? Yes. Yet another fab detail. Love it!
Maggie, I love your blog! How are you making the labels? I want to make some for my wedding but not sure how to go about it. Thanks for your great posts!
I love reading your blog and seeing what you have planned for your wedding. They are incredible!!
